We currently offer 3 different search options.  You decide which one will best suit your needs.

1. Contingency Placement Fee

    Our contingency agreement is when an employer agrees to pay a fee to Direct Staffing, Inc that equals a percentage of the hired candidate's annual salary. We receive payment contingent on our candidates getting hired.

2. Retained Search

    Our retained search agreement is when an employer agrees to pay Direct Staffing, Inc prior to starting a search assignment. The retainer solidifies our commitment to fill a single position or group of job openings.

3. Employer of Record Services

    We offer EOR services for professionals working in office environments such as IT, Clerical, and Accounting/Finance.
